Australian Style Rocky Road

Hi guys!

I made a video of my rocky road recipe. I hope that it is easy to follow and that you you get a chance to make it at home with your family! It's very delicious! It is popular in many parts of the world and there are different types, but this is how we make it in Australia. We usually make them as little gifts for christmas, for parties or even as school snacks.

DÍA DE AUSTRALIA

El viernes 1 de febrero, los alumnos de 6º de Primaria celebraremos el Día de Australia con las familias de nuestro colegio.

Prepararemos una deliciosa merienda típica de este país y proyectaremos la película Cocodrilo Dundee, en versión original subtitulada, a las 16:30h, en el salón de actos.

Os esperamos en el patio del colegio a partir de las 16 h.
Los donativos irán destinados a ayudar a financiar nuestro viaje de fin de curso.

How to make fairy bread

 Here are the instructions on how to make Fairy Bread. To make fairy bread you will need:

• Plain white sandwich bread
• 100´s and 1000´s (Australian name for sprinkes)
• Butter

Take your plain white bread.

Butter the bread. Make sure that you spread the butter all over the bread.

Put your sprinkles in a bowl.

Dip your buttered bread into the bowl of sprinkles and then cut into triangles. Enjoy! :)

How to make lamingtons

Ingredients for Lamingtons

Cut the cake into small pieces. Rectangles or squares.

Chocolate (You can use chocolate icing too)

Dip the cake into the chocolate and cover it all over.

Get your coconut

Roll the chocolate dipped cake into the coconut
